1968 - 1972 GM Style Reproduction Headlights Adjusters Simple to Install!!!
|
These headlight adjusters are designed to replace your worn or broken units on your header panel.
They are constructed of ABS-R Plastic, and come with brand new GM style headlight adjustment screws.
They are sold individually, or in sets of 4 or 8. |
Each one comes complete with 2 screws and nuts to install as a replacement unit on an already installed header panel. They can also be rivited on from the back using your own rivets, as shown below. |
|
Each adjuster is drilled and tapped for the adjustment screw, giving you a very reliable functionality, and strip-free operation...
To install using rivets on a header panel that has been removed from vehicle, remove broken unit and make sure surface is flat.
Check that holes line up, adjust if necessary...
Insert rivets from the back side, and hold adjusters in place through headlight opening. |
|
I used aluminum rivets for this example. Again this is done from the back side of the header, as there is more room to work with the rivit gun.

Should look like this from the front... Then re-install your bucket. |
